Job Overview :

Paid Assistant is responsible for managing the financial transactions of a company. This includes handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records. The Accounts Executive is also responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements

Manage and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare and process payroll

Maintain inventory records and manage inventory levels

Provide support to the senior accounting team

Qualifications

CA Inter qualified

3 years of Articleship experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Experience with accounting software is preferred
