Job description
  • HR Function : Recruitment coordination, Induction, Salary & Wages Administration, Time Office Management, Payroll Coordination with Corporate Office.
  • Industrial Relations : Compliance Coordination, Labour Management, Contractor Management, disciplinary matters etc
  • Welfare Measures : Labour Camp Management,Canteen, Medical, Health, Labour Safety Coordination.
  • Statutory & Social Securities : Ensure Compliance under various applicable Labour Statutes viz EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Act, Bonus Act., MW Act etc.
  • Administration : Co-ordination with other Departments, Maintaining effective communication between Management & Workers, Liaison with Private & Government Agencies, Security Management, Fire Safety, Labour Safety System at working time , support in events.
