Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Python and Postgres to join our team for a short-term engagement. The candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing backend services ensuring high performance scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities :

Design develop and enhance backend services using AWS Lambda API Gateway and Postgres .

Work on data ingestion workflows API design and integration with CMS and external data feeds.

Ensure adherence to best practices in performance scalability and security.

Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to streamline deployment and testing workflows.

Troubleshoot and optimize backend processes for efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong hands-on experience with Python AWS Lambda API Gateway and Postgres .

Experience with backend system design workflow automation and API integration.

Understanding of cloud architecture and serverless computing.

Knowledge of security and performance best practices for backend systems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred :

Experience with CMS integrations and handling large-scale data ingestion.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
