The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and target potential clients in the Car Rental Field , including corporate clients, travel agencies,.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meetings clients needs.
- Prepare and present car rental contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Other Services, Transport & Logistics and Hospitality industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of corporate sale and Car Rental SalesYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderWhat's on Offer?
