Job description

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify and target potential clients in the Car Rental Field , including corporate clients, travel agencies,.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meetings clients needs.
  • Prepare and present car rental contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Other Services, Transport & Logistics and Hospitality industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of corporate sale and Car Rental Sales
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
