Support Engineer to be based at our site in Bangalore.

We are seeking
a skilled and proactive professional to provide operational and
support for our products with strong focus on networking and cloud
based infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring high
availability, performance, and stability of the product in a live
environment. Experience with network monitoring and a basic
understanding of video headend technologies is a strong
plus.

Assist in
maintaining and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure
(AWS / GCP / Azure) supporting the product
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Handle alerts,
incidents, and on-call duties; provide technical support via
multiple channels.
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Work with
cross-functional teams across locations; support internal and
external users through Phone, Email, CRM and various other
tools.
Create and maintain technical
documentation for procedures and findings.
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Follow
organizational policies; contribute to root cause analysis and
process enhancements.
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Support
internal users and engineering teams by analyzing system behavior,
logs, and performance metrics.

style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Participate in
root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews for critical
incidents
Document technical findings, standard
procedures, and platform behavior for internal knowledge
sharing

Required Qualifications for
Consideration :

Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or related
discipline
8+ years of relevant experience in
technical or network / system support roles
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Relevant
certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, SCTE, AWS Certified Cloud
Practitioner) are a plusSkilled in interpreting technical
documents, schematics, and system diagrams
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Strong
problem-solving, communication, and documentation
skills
Proficient in networking concepts like
TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT,
routing / switching
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Experienced
with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere / ESXi, KVM, and
Hyper-V
Knowledgeable in Linux systems including
Rocky, RedHat, and Ubuntu; capable of configuring routers and
switches
Familiar with DOCSIS, CMTS platforms, RF
signals, and broadband infrastructure

Experienced
with network monitoring tools like PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds,
Elastic, Grafana, and Prometheus
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">

Understanding
of headend systems used in cable or IPTV
environments
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
style="font-family : arial, helvetica, sans-serif">
Basic working
knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and
orchestration

Scripting
skills in Python, Shell, or Bash for automation and data collection
tasks
