HCL is hiring for Senior Analyst – Bangalore location

Experience : 5 to 9 Years in OTC (Order to Cash), Supply chain Management, Customers interfacing roles in reputed FMCG or similar domain

Work Location : Bangalore.

Job description

• Communication to external and internal stakeholders (Customers) and Sales / Marketing program owners
• Identifying key issues / discrepancies related to activities and work with cross functional team for resolution (Order management, Product availability, Products delivery)
• Coordination with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations team related to programs, product availability, order management
• Developing KPI and ensuring effectiveness as per defined parameters for related program / order management / inventory management and reconciliation
• Budget management for program activities like tracking expenses, budget, and expense reconciliation
• Report generation related to work activity, i.e., program progress, performance, discrepancies, Sales enablement related activities

System Knowledge : Stripes (SAP), Sales Force or any other ERP system, Microsoft Excel (advance) proficiency, Power Point, Dashboard Management

Skills required

Education : Graduates / Postgraduates / Engineers / BBA / MBA’s
