Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to :
Induct new joiners into the company.
- Train new joiners on basics of the core subject knowledge on hair and skin care.
- Create and update Training Manuals for all roles across Divisions.
- Assess and evaluate trainees for final approval to join.
- Innovate and introduce soft skill or refresher training calendar and schedules.
- Regular updating of Training Module.
- Organize training schedules end to end.
- Impart grooming and etiquette sessions.
- Share SOPs and KRA.
- Handholding & Cost Control.
- Adherence to MIS & SOPs, Attendance, Punctuality.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Maintenance of MIS Reports.
Candidates who have experience of training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care trainer, hair care trainer, personal care trainer, skill development trainer.
Required Candidate Profile :
Candidates with certification in CIDESCO, Beauty, Cosmetology.Have experience of training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care trainer, hair care trainer, beautician trainer, skill development trainer.
