Job Description
The job requires a strong understanding of the foundational and operational aspects of advertising, design, digital & social media marketing apart from general brand management. It also requires the candidate to both enjoy, and be great at building relationships, be it internally or with clients and agency partners. Responsibilities
- You will liaise with client teams; managing daily / weekly / monthly workflows across a wide variety of projects. All operations including making presentations, posting content assets as per content calendars, maintaining job status reports, tracking performance of on-going campaigns, creating monthly review & analysis reports using tools etc. will be deliverables of the role.
- Bring a strong understanding of the brand and its environment into the thinking process. So whether it is nuances of the service / product, inputs on competition, or audience insights; you will be required to have full immersion on all aspects of the brands assigned to you.
- Manage the entire creative process - from writing the creative brief, to helping the creative team with inputs during the creative development process, to ensuring final execution of the deliverables in a timely fashion. High level of attention to detail and close follow up on feedback are essential tenets of this role.
- Have a nuanced knowledge and awareness of social media platforms (both established and evolving). We are looking for digital natives who are on the ball with what's current on social media, how we can tap that knowledge for broader client briefs, and more importantly, take lead in executing the plans
Experience / Qualification
