Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Security & DevOps Manager to lead the security, governance, and operational management of our Salesforce environments. This role requires deep expertise in managing multiple Salesforce orgs (including managed package orgs and code-driven orgs) , implementing robust DevOps processes , and overseeing internal IT operations to ensure compliance, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Security

• Define and implement data security policies, including role hierarchy, permission sets, field-level security, and sharing rules.
• Manage encryption, data masking, and data residency controls to protect sensitive information.
• Conduct security audits, compliance checks, and penetration testing within Salesforce environments.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
