As Aereo embarks on its next growth phase, transitioning from founder-led agility to process-led scalability, we are looking for a General Manager- People & Culture to build a high- performance, customer-centric, and product-focused culture across global teams.

Role Objective

To lead Aereo’s human capital strategy by architecting scalable people systems, developing leadership and capability pipelines, and fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability. The role demands a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, balancing the needs of rapid business expansion, organizational transformation, and global workforce integration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate Aereo’s vision into a cohesive people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive the transition from founder-led to process-led growth, establishing strong performance systems, governance, and decision frameworks.
• Develop a scalable organization structure to support domestic turnkey contracts and international expansion.
