Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and converting those leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, along with strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth.

Time : 10am to 7pm IST

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Organize promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to engage prospects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Sales :

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to pitch products / services.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell where possible.
  • Key Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a sales / marketing role (or relevant internship).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead conversion strategies.
