About the Opportunity
Join our dynamic team in the Sales & Customer Acquisition sector, specializing in telemarketing and high-volume lead conversion for B2B and B2C markets. As a Telesales Executive, you will drive revenue growth through targeted outbound outreach, quota-driven selling, and effective CRM management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Qualify leads using structured discovery and manage opportunities in the CRM.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored value propositions to secure appointments or sales.
- Negotiate pricing, close transactions, and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare sales reports; collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and provide feedback for messaging improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have :
Proven track record in telesales or inside sales with measurable quota achievement.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong CRM hygiene discipline.Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing techniques.Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.Familiarity with telemarketing compliance and Do-Not-Call regulations in India.Comfortable working on-site under KPI-driven targets.Preferred :
