Creative Art Director - Manager

Summary :

This is a critical role for the Creative team. You will support defining the future of our creative culture and leadership as the firm continues to expand its global footprint and multi-national platform. Serving the Go To Market function, our award-winning Creative team launches multi-channel campaigns that grow our business and creatively differentiate us from our category. We are a team of fast-moving strategists, designers, writers as well as video and motion designers.

Responsibilities :

Providing visionary creative leadership across our team’s output, design, video, UX, events and emerging creative formats.

Inspiring and mentoring a diverse creative team, fostering their growth and helping them do the best work of their careers.

Championing groundbreaking creative ideas from ideation through flawless execution across our global platform.

Support refining creative processes that empower autonomy and lead to truly differentiated, award-winning work (not just box-checking).

Serving as a tastemaker and vibe-setter for the team’s creative product, always pushing for fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo.

Building our unique culture by empowering creative teams and fostering a highly collaborative and independent environment.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead integrated creative campaigns across digital, print and motion platforms.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.

Strong portfolio reflecting creative leadership, design innovation, and strategic thinking.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at articulating design rationale and collaborating across functions and geographies.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in a global or multi-regional setup is highly desirable.

Education / Professional Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

10 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team, with a minimum 3 years of art direction or a creative lead role.
