Job Title : Junior Accountant (BA / B.com Freshers)

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 0-1 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)

Responsibilities :

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
• Internship experience in a related field is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits.
• Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
