About the Role We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven E-Commerce Account Manager with strong expertise in Amazon FBA and additional exposure to marketplaces such as e Bay, Kaufland, Etsy, Walmart, Otto, or other US / EU platforms.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, growth-oriented and able to manage end-to-end marketplace operations with ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities Amazon FBA & Marketplace Management Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and additional marketplaces (e Bay, Etsy, Walmart, Kaufland, Otto, etc.).
Oversee product listings, catalog optimization, variations, and keyword implementation.
Handle FBA shipments, inventory planning, restocking, and reconciliation.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, buy-box competitiveness and seller rating.
PPC & Advertising Management Create, optimize and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, budget management and CPC reduction strategies.
Analyze advertising performance and report on ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, conversion rate and campaign profitability.
Operations & Issue Resolution Manage customer service escalations, return issues, policy warnings and compliance.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers and partners for order flow, shipment creation, and stock updates.
Resolve listing suppressions, backend errors, stranded inventory and FBA discrepancies.
Reporting & Growth Strategy Prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, advertising, profitability and market movement.
Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces—new SKUs, bundle strategies, pricing optimization.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry / product trends.
Requirements 2–4 years of proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts (mandatory).
Hands-on knowledge of Seller Central, Vendor Central (optional), and multi-channel marketplace tools.
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, catalog management, keyword research and listing optimization.
Experience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Excel / Sheets, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills (German preferred; English mandatory).
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills Experience working with German or US markets.
Knowledge of compliance topics like : WEEE, EPR, FBA prep requirements, returns handling.
Understanding of pricing strategy, profitability forecasting and basic supply-chain workflows.
