Job descriptionManage end-to-end project lifecycle across MERN based applications Convert business requirements into clear project plans, sprints & timelines Monitor project progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with developers, designers, testers & stakeholders Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction Track KPIs, delivery quality & productivity

Experience - 3 to 5 years
CTC- 6LPA To 10LPA
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager
- Strong understanding of MERN Stack development workflows
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong client communication & requirement-gathering abilities
- Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, or Notion
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design)
- Strong documentation & reporting skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
