Role : Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter

Work location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India - Onsite

Role type : Full-time

Shift timing & days : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM IST

Requirement : Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (Any region / geography)

  • ALOIS Solutions is in search of a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our Vadodara office.
  • The successful candidate will have knowledge / experience recruiting in the IT sector, demonstrating a firm understanding of various technical roles & skills.

Responsibilities include :

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job openings & the technical requirements for each role.
  • Sourcing, screening & interviewing potential candidates.
  • Utilizing online job portals, social media & professional networks to attract candidates.

    • Ideal candidate has :

  • Outstanding communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems & databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
