The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.
- Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
- Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.
- Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
- Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services and IT industry.You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsWhat's on Offer?
