About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who has hands-on experience in real estate or luxury car sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate qualified leads through calls, social media, databases, referrals, and marketing activities.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and strong product knowledge—real estate or luxury vehicles.
Required Skills & Experience :
Mandatory experience in Real Estate OR Luxury Car Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up ability.
Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Qualification :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Work Schedule :
Full-time (Office Based) at Chandrasekharpur.
