Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units (Corporate, Branch Banking, or Specialized roles).
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity) and provide regular reports.
Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
2–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
