We at SourceFuse Technologies are looking for a highly skilled .NET Technical Architect with deep expertise in application modernization, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise-scale architecture. You will lead modernization programs that transform legacy systems into modern, scalable, secure, and cloud-optimized solutions using the latest .NET, cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering practices.
This is a hands-on architecture role—ideal for someone who can think strategically at an enterprise level while still being a strong engineer capable of building, guiding, and reviewing modern .NET solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Modernization Strategy :
- Lead modernization of legacy .NET / monolithic applications into microservices, event-driven, API-first, and cloud-native
architectures.
Develop modernization roadmaps, architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and transformation strategies.Evaluate technology landscapes and recommend re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring and re-architecting approachesbased on Industry’s “7R’s” framework.
Architect modernization platforms capable of migrating applications across AWS, Azure, GCP clouds.Application & Platform Architecture :
Architect enterprise-grade solutions using .NET 6 / 7 / 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, gRPC, DDD, and clean architecture.Design scalable distributed systems using microservices, EDA, domain-driven design, CQRS, and multi-tier cloudarchitectures.
Modernize legacy WCF / MVC components into modern Web API / REST / gRPC services.Cloud Native Architecture (AWS, Azure) :
Architect, design, and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS).Working experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Cosmos DB) and GCP / OCI.Execute migration plans from Azure / On-Prem to AWS and hybrid cloud strategies.Apply cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, security, and cost optimization.DevOps, CI / CD & Platform Engineering :
