Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Additional tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also support the development of diverse and inclusive strategies to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruiting, hiring strategies, and onboarding processes
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and performance management frameworks
• Expertise in employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
