Facade Engineer for Major IT Park

Responsiblities

• Installations of facade work as per drawings and specification and ensure Achievement is as per project completion plan. Chasing for material for timely delivery & Checking of incoming material randomly.
• Inspection of work at time of execution & after completion. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress report, Master schedule, Vector graph for Installation & Material received, Weekly presentation, Material tracker, & MOM.
• Timely follow-up with Purchase dept, Vendors and contractor’s Factory for material and ensure that material is available at site at least 2 weeks in advance. Coordinating with planning dept, Civil finishing and MEP teams at site for interference locations and schedule façade activity accordingly.

6-10 Years experience required in Commercial / Residential projects
