JD - Senior Executive- Accounts & Finance

Qualification : CA Freshers

Compensation : 7 TO 9 LPA

1. Detailed role description :

Oversee client relationships, including foreign clients, and provide exceptional services.

Reviews and preparations of financial statements.

Analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Review and prepare business processes, plans, projections, and models.

Prepare detailed cash flow statements.

Prepare budgets and analyze budget versus actuals.

Ensure budgetary compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Review the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Identify and address financial discrepancies and variances.

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements to management.

Highlight key financial insights and performance metrics.

Supervise and provide leadership to the team members.

Encourage an efficient work environment.

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

2. Technical Skills :

Knowledge of financial statements & Accounting.

Knowledge of Financial Ratios

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.

Excellent Communication Skills (English : Read / Write / Speak)

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Sharp time management skills

3. Perks : 5 days a week

Traveling - 20-30 days in a year

Opportunity to work with overseas clients.

5. Job Location : Virtual office(8 hours working daily over Zoom call keeping the audio and video on during working hours)

4. Prerequisite :

Own laptop and strong Wi-Fi connection.

Night shift up to 2am (As per client's requirement)

Preference is given to candidates based in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
