Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our participants by applying their extensive knowledge of the NDIS to provide expert advice to ensure that our participants receive the best possible support and services.

  • Manage end-to-end NDIS Plan Management process
  • Contact person for internal and external customers, participants, and stakeholders
  • Support participants by providing expert NDIS plan utilisation advice regarding claimable supports

About you :

  • Knowledge and experience in NDIS Plan Management
  • Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and limits
  • Experience in using Plan Management CRM, knowledge of MYP is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Qualification in Finance or Accounting would be desirable but is not essential
