Our client is a high-growth SaaS company and they are looking to hire Founder's Office. This role sits directly in the Founder's Office, offering a unique opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives across growth, product, operations, and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder / CEO on strategic projects, business planning, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Conduct deep dives into new market opportunities, competition benchmarking, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive cross-functional projects across product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare strategic presentations for investors, board meetings, and business reviews.
- Support in fundraising, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Build data-backed models and dashboards to measure business performance and uncover growth levers.
- Serve as a problem-solver and thought partner to leadership, ensuring timely decision-making and execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-6 years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain preferred) or Tier-1 strategy roles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth startup environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Exposure to SaaS, B2B tech, or digital businesses is an advantage but not mandatory.Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision.Skills Required
