Position Overview Our company is seeking Transaction Services Representatives to support the WEC Energy Group program. This role involves transactional account updates, documentation, and occasional outbound calls following established SOPs.
This opportunity includes a structured certification program , and successful completion is required to begin servicing and earning revenue.
What You Will Do Service Partners supporting this program can expect to :
Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple report types and account update tasks
Document all actions taken for audit trail accuracy
Make occasional outbound calls using approved scripts
Maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity

Certification Program Details Phase I – Instructor-Led & Self-Study Training Dates : 22 December 2025 – 20 January 2026
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 6-hour class (including 2 hours self-study)
Time : 7 : 30 PM – 1 : 30 AM IST
No Class : 24, 25, 31 December; 1, 26 January
What to Expect :
Training on client systems, processes, and procedures
Security module completion required before call-taking
High concentration, detail-focused learning
100% attendance strongly encouraged
Phase II – Certification Call-Taking Dates : 21 January 2026 – 27 January 2026
Details :
Apply Phase I learnings in a live environment
Minimum 20 hours per week (40 intervals) required
Must service during intervals posted in Starmatic (scheduling software)
Start earning service revenue after certification begins
Certification Requirements To successfully complete certification, learners must :
Finish all self-directed assignments
Pass all client assessments, including final assessment
Complete Security Awareness course with a score of 85% or higher
System & Equipment Requirements All agents must meet platform and client requirements :
Windows 11 (latest version with no pending updates)
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Dual monitors (can be provided by company)
USB VoIP headset required for training & servicing
Professional, quiet workspace
Full system standards will be provided.
Intervals Available for Servicing Monday – Friday
8 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST
(Subject to change based on client needs)
Service Level Requirements To remain active on the program, agents must meet :
Commitment Adherence : >
90%
Minimum 3 transactions per interval serviced
Failure to meet service levels may result in SOW termination.
