We are seeking an exceptionally skilled English Language Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding linguistic and communication abilities with a strong emphasis on quality assurance. This role includes providing English language training for new and existing staff, and auditing calls, emails, and chat communications to ensure they adhere to our standards for language, tone, and clarity. The English Language Consultant will collaborate with various departments to offer feedback and training, ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organization.

Language Consultant Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Training and Development :

Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance English communication skills across the organization.

• Create and update training materials, guidelines, and best practices for effective English communication.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training programs.

Auditing Communication :

Conduct detailed audits of customer service interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.

Quality Assurance :

Establish and maintain quality assurance metrics and standards for all forms of English communication.

Reporting and Analysis :

Generate detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.

Track and report on the implementation and effectiveness of recommended changes
