Role Title : Senior Platform Engineer

Position Summary :

As a DevOps Engineer within the Platform Design and Build team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade CI / CD pipelines and developer tooling to support modern application delivery. This role emphasizes automation, standardization, and improving developer experience across the organization. You will work closely with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Octopus Deploy. You will also contribute to platform-wide initiatives that enhance release velocity, reliability, and governance. A strong understanding of CI / CD architecture, containerization, and developer enablement is essential.

This role requires hands-on experience with pipeline design, artifact management, deployment strategies, and integration of tools like OpsLevel to improve visibility and ownership across services. You will help define best practices, enforce standards, and support the evolution of our DevOps ecosystem.

• Completes backlog items daily. These activities include monitoring the backlog, working on backlog items, responding to incident tickets received from the service desk, processing change requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating as needed.
• Provides support for business and technology initiatives that require assistance from automation teams.
• Maintains clear, concise, and accurate documentation for processes and configurations. Ensure documentation is kept current and in the proper shared, accessible location.
• Participate in 24 / 7 on-call rotation.
