eCommerce Head Overview :
The Head of E-commerce will be responsible for developing and executing the companys online sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This leader will own the P&L for the e-commerce business, ensuring seamless operations, strong brand presence, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the end-to-end e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and channels (D2C, marketplaces, social commerce, etc.).
- Manage the e-commerce P&L, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
2. Website & Platform Management
Oversee the design, UX / UI, content, and functionality of the e-commerce website.Drive website enhancements to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and basket size.Collaborate with tech / product teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and uptime.3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
