Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based at our Chakan facility. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, fostering professional relationships with clients, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
• language proficiency in Tamil Kannada Malayalam Telugu
• Proficiency in Technical Support to understand and address product-related queries
• Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the valve or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous
