Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ experience and role-fit. ️
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in the ATS. ️
Coordinate interviews, manage communication flow, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and support new hire onboarding.
Ensure recruitment compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Stay updated with healthcare hiring market trends.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare recruitment.

Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and qualification requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.

Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
