Job Title :  CRM Manager – Real Estate (Civil Construction)

Location :  Jakkur, Bangalore

Experience :  5 to 9 years

Employment Type :  Full Time

Team Size Handled :  2–5 (or as per company structure)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  CRM Manager  to lead our customer relationship team in the  real estate and civil construction  sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing end-to-end customer interactions, handling post-sales processes, and leading a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a CRM team, ensuring clear task allocation, performance tracking, and team development.
  • Oversee the complete post-sales process, from booking to handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise the preparation and execution of customer documentation including Agreements for Sale, payment schedules, allotment letters, and registration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects – for timely deliverables.
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on customer payments, invoicing, and financial documentation.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly review and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and communications.
  • Train and mentor team members on customer service practices and systems.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and escalation summaries.
  • Plan and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate or civil construction CRM roles, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office tools.
  • Sound knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation processes, and real estate compliance.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Prior experience in managing post-sales CRM for residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
