Position : HR Trainee – IT Recruitment

Location : Bhopal

Experience : 2–4 months

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee with hands-on experience or exposure to IT recruitment . The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring tech talent and eager to grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Work on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Support HR team in daily operations and recruitment drives.

Handle initial HR communications and follow-ups.

Requirements :

2–4 months of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (internship / trainee experience accepted).

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing MBA in HR or related field preferred.
