Senior User Experience Designer

Location : Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior User Experience Designer, based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive user research, applying design thinking methodologies, and creating exceptional user experiences. Additional tasks include designing user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Thinking and creating user-driven solutions
• Proficiency in User Research techniques to understand user needs and behaviors
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) design principles and processes
• Experience in Visual Design, crafting design systems, and creating aesthetic interfaces
• Proficiency in Prototyping to visually communicate and validate design ideas
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with design software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
