Tata Consumer Products Ltd. is urgently hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our expanding Food Services business across multiple key markets. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of India's most trusted brands and contribute to the growth of our HORECA (Hotel / Restaurant / Catering) channel.

  • About the Role

    The BDE will be responsible for driving growth in the Food Services segment by strengthening sales and distribution networks, expanding brand presence on the ground, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role is central to our broader strategy of building a future-ready organization and unlocking new growth opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales in line with company objectives.
  • Expand channel partner networks and implement distribution plans to improve reach and penetration.
  • Grow on-premise and institutional sales by expanding the FS outlet base and driving product range performance.
  • Prepare detailed market execution plans (MJP) and weekly reports.
  • Provide insights for local promotions , activations, and demand forecasting.
  • Conduct sales data analysis to identify business gaps and share actionable insights with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely coordination with distributors, finance, and supply chain teams for stock conversion, pricing, and claims management.
  • Key Success Factors

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 2-4 years of experience in Food Services sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution systems in the HORECA segment.
  • Proficient in concepts like channel partner management, ROI calculations, and visibility planning.
  • Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
