Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Noida India. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, providing high-quality support, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves addressing complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and keeping customer records updated. The executive will be a critical bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service, client handling, and issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Experience with CRM tools or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience of 1-2 years in customer service role in l uxury or fashion brand is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is desirable
