What you’ll do :
Be the voice (and heart!) of our brands across all touchpoints — WhatsApp, calls, emails & social media.
Handle customer queries with empathy, patience, and care — because every interaction counts.
Keep your calm even when things get a little tropical (read : stressful ).
Manage communications with influencers & content creators on Instagram — keeping things smooth, fun, and on-brand.
Ensure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy — always on time!
Who you are :
An extrovert who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
A problem-solver with a calm head and kind heart.
Someone who’s fluent in English communication (written & spoken).
A quick learner who’s passionate about consumer experience.
You don’t need experience — just the right energy, curiosity, and attitude !
