Job descriptionExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Typing speed : Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy. SVAR Score : Minimum 60. Preferably from an English Medium education background. Strong English comprehension, analytical, and multitasking skills. Basic computer proficiency and good business writing skills. Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong soft skills. Should not be enrolled in any full-time course. Must be comfortable working from office and in night shifts Qualification : Graduate / HSC Fresher with excellent communication skills. Candidates with B.Ed, D.El.Ed, MBA, BA LLB, or other niche qualifications not eligible. BPO experience with complete documentation is an advantage. Full-time students and out-of-boundary candidates are not eligible. Must possess original Aadhar & PAN cards. Self-travelling candidates outside the transport boundary not eligible.

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our UHG Voice Process (Member & Relationship Management). The role involves interacting directly with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound member calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation as per compliance guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to service quality and productivity standards.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
