We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to onboard real estate developers, builders, and brokerage firms, helping them experience the power of AI-driven property insights.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and onboard new real estate partners (developers, builders, and brokerages) in the Gurgaon / Delhi NCR region.
Value Pitch : Present LandsZo’s AI / ML-powered platform that enhances sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and delivers qualified leads.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the end-to-end process — from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and successful partner onboarding.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued success and engagement on the platform.
Achieve Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and listing targets.
Market Feedback : Act as the voice of the customer — share insights and feedback with product and tech teams to improve user experience.
Networking : Represent LandsZo at real estate events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network and brand visibility.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 2-3+ years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience.
Industry Knowledge :
Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market (highly preferred).
Experience in PropTech , real estate , or startup environments is a big plus.
Communication : Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hunter Mindset : Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented — thrives on closing deals and building partnerships from scratch.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Quick to learn and demo new software platforms.
