Job descriptionOwn relationships with trial users - make them successful and true fans of BiteSpeed. Drive trial conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value. Proactively unblock stuck accounts and get them back on track. Lead high-touch onboarding and activation - especially for high-potential users. Use your customer success skills to guide setup, adoption, and ultimately, conversion and account expansion. Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and improve the overall trial experience. Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to spot opportunities and act fast. You genuinely like helping people and feel fulfilled when your customers succeed. You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you've driven outcomes and revenue. You like being consultative, talking about ROI, business outcomes, and what "success" actually looks like. You have a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives.
About the role :
- We're looking for an Account Manager - Customer Success to help trial users see value fast and turn into long-term, paying customers.
- As we scale, making this journey smooth, effective, and outcome-driven is mission-critical - and that's where you come in.
- You'll be the go-to person for helping trial users succeed - showing them more value at every step, guiding them through setup & unlocking quick wins, making customers true fans of BiteSpeed.
