Our client is a leading furniture retailer known for its high-quality, stylish, and functional furniture collections. With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a vast range of products, we are expanding our operations in Hyderabad and seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including hiring training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of furniture products.
  • Oversee inventory control, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage space and efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other logistics and sales departments to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, such as productivity and accuracy.
  • Handle customer returns and warranty claims efficiently.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries to customers and retail locations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items when necessary.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
