Are you a results-driven field leader with a strong background in EdTech sales ? We’re looking for District Heads to lead our regional operations, manage teams, and drive growth across multiple states.

Lead & manage district-level field sales operations
Recruit, train & lead on-ground sales teams
Onboard partners & achieve monthly sales targets
Build & maintain strong channel relationships
Analyze market trends & report performance metrics

Requirements :

candidates with 2+ years of field sales experience

Prior experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong understanding of local market dynamics

Excellent communication & negotiation skills
