Job Details- Title : Customer Service Representative (Chat,E-mail & Voice)- Sector : Consumer Electronics- Location : - RoarX, C Block, Sector 88 (NSEZ Nearest Metro)- Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 06 : 00 PM- Salary Range : INR, 15500 - 18000 P / M

Key Responsibilities :

Email and Chat Support :

Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.Voice Support (As Needed) :

Provide voice support when required, ensuring consistent service quality across all communication channels.Problem Resolution :

Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Escalate complex cases to senior support or other departments as necessary.Documentation :

Accurately record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain detailed and organized records.Product Expertise :

Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and policies of the brands you support to offer informed guidance and support to customers.Collaboration :

Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery and share best practices for handling international inquiries.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.Experience : A minimum of 6 Months in a customer service role, preferably with experience supporting international clients or working in a global company.Language Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.Technical Proficiency : Strong familiarity with Computer Operations, CRM systems, email, and chat platforms is required. Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.Customer Centric Mindset : Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize the needs of customers, with a focus on delivering personalized and effective solutions.Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to navigate complex customer issues and provide thoughtful, timely resolutions.Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Team-Oriented : Capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
