A leading SaaS provider in the accounting industry is looking for a highly experienced Technical Content Creator to join their content and documentation team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a dynamic, collaborative environment and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge products.

Role Overview :

The Technical Content Creator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing user-facing documentation including help articles, release notes, and product guides. The role requires deep technical knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that supports users across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and manage online help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides

Build and maintain layouts and templates in Zendesk , ensuring consistency and usability

Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and user-friendly documentation

Collaborate with UI designers to fine-tune HTML5 / CSS templates and layouts

Engage with SEO teams to ensure documentation is searchable and optimized

Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to gather information and filter relevant updates

Maintain deep knowledge of product features and industry-specific use cases

Respond to queries and feedback from users, particularly in the Irish / UK markets

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently on multiple tasks

✅ Required Skills and Experience :

6+ years in technical content creation, ideally within a product-based company

Hands-on experience with Zendesk , including layout and template customization

Strong command of HTML5 and CSS

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences

Proven experience creating structured, engaging, and accessible documentation

Technical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
