Workday Configuration - Sr. Analyst HRIS – Payroll & Benefits

The Human Resources Support Services is an internal function providing global operations and business supports across Brookfield Asset Management business segments.
Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst, HRIS position is responsible for supporting, extending and improving operations within the Benefits and Payroll. This position is based in Mumbai office and will be onsite.
Support ongoing design, configuration, and reporting for Workday Payroll and Benefits Module.
- Work closely with the Payroll & Benefits team as well as HRIS North America to develop solutions for Payroll and Benefits business requirements. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and post-production support.
- Support Payroll for United Kingdom configuration changes
- Support implementation of Australia Payroll and post go live
- Support cyclical benefits activities including but not limited to open enrollment, rate updates, ACA reporting and etc.
- Work closely with our Integration team and Benefits Vendors (Vitality, Aetna, Unum etc.) for testing support when changes are implemented
- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for HR Production issues and questions.
- Build and maintain audit reports for Payroll and Benefits team as needed and complete mass updates via EIB loads.
- Monitor new features being released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
- Maintain change documentation and training materials.
- Assist with any ad hoc project needs as necessary.
- Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to share best practices.
- May also support other configuration areas as a secondary responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience3+ years’ experience with Workday configuration in Payroll and Benefits. Additional modules is an asset : HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Security, Reporting & AnalyticsExperience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioStrong planning, prioritization, and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountabilityCustomer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customersCollaboration and can work effectively in a global team setting
