We are looking

for a highly talented and skilled individual who could lead from the front as a Designer, Developer and a Leader who understands, absorb and even evolves our Vision and Business objectives. Preffered candidate should be from IITs / NITs / BITS / Other Top Engineering Colleges of India .

Below is the Detailed JD For the Role of CTO ( 5 yrs to 12 yrs experience)

  • Expert in Python , with strong knowledge of Python web framework Django.
  • Talent for converting Business Requirements to Abstract Frameworks and finally to Platform based Technical Solutions. Urge to lead and manage a team is a must.
  • Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
  • Knowledge of Celery, Redis.
  • Expertise in relational databases like MySQL ,Mongo DB.
  • Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Expertise in React.js is a must.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 ,Angular.js.
  • Strong Programming fundamentals, Data structures and Algorithm Design.
  • Knowledge of AIML is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies for Product Management and Requirement Gathering including documentation through Flowcharts ,Detailed Use Cases, PFDs, DFDs etc.

The Candidate :

  • Will be responsible for developing our integrated platform using full-stack capabilities.
  • Will develop AI / ML algorithms for our dynamic chat bots.
  • Using APIs, will integrate feeds from Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google AdWords etc.
  • Will ensure to bring dynamic structure to our integrated platform.
  • Will work closely with our partner tech vendors ensuring co-development of platform features based on Agile methodologies.
  • Will work closely with the product team & help in detailing the use cases around the requirement.
  • While detailing use cases, shall be responsible for designing using decision flow diagrams, wireframes & optimized algorithms.

  • Should have Strong fundamentals in Data structures and Algorithms.
