Anand Rathi Share and Stock Broking Ltd is hiring a Regional HR to manage Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Compliance for our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people processes and supporting the growth of the organization.

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

• Source, screen, and recruit talent to meet manpower requirements
• Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and support final selection process
• Oversee onboarding formalities document collection, induction, system setup, and smooth integration of new hires
