About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and goal-driven Telecaller Team Leader to lead our telesales team at Neobest Mattresses. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of telecallers to meet and exceed daily call and conversion targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Train, coach, and support team members in communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound call operations, including order confirmations, customer follow-ups, and lead conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of team activities and performance reports through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Motivate the team to maintain consistent productivity, positivity, and service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales or customer engagement, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Multilingual proficiency preferred : Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on team motivation and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
