Role Description :

We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team.

  • The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination of HR activities.
  • You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, maintain employee records, and assist in building a positive work culture

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree ( MBA in HR is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
